BEGINNER SESSION - CHÖD PRACTICE IS AVAILABLE NOW AT OUR BUDDHIST CENTRE.
The Practice of " Chöd " can help the practitioner to cut off the attachment of ego and benefit self and others. Chöd teaches us the spirits of cutting through to offer our greatest attachment: our physical body. Directly into our greatest fear.
