The Practice of Chöd 施身法

The Weekly Chöd Practice was started by today ( 24 August 2013, EVERY SATURDAY ). Come and join us.

BEGINNER SESSION - CHÖD PRACTICE IS AVAILABLE NOW AT OUR BUDDHIST CENTRE. 

The Practice of "  Chöd " can help the practitioner to cut off the attachment of ego and benefit self and others. Chöd teaches us the spirits of cutting through to offer our greatest attachment: our physical body. Directly into our greatest fear.  

 施身法是一部可以幫助行者斷除我執、自利利他的大法。施身法教導我們以立斷的精神,布施我們最大的貪著:「色身」,直接趨入最大的恐懼。
